Ladislav Drha

Ladislav Drha is the founder and chief counsel of the law firm.

In 2007-2012 he was active with the Association for International Affairs, an NGO promoting research and education in the field of international relations. From 2011 until 2015 he was part of the team of Mgr. Luděk Vrána and JUDr. Robert Pelikán, Ph.D. In 2014 he passed an internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, namely with the chambers of General Court President Marc Jaeger. Since 2016 he has been running his own law firm.

Ladislav Drha graduated from the Faculty of law of the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen. Also, he studied at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France to receive a university diploma in EU law in 2011 and a master’s degree in international, European and comparative law with a focus on competition in the European Union in 2013.

Ladislav Drha represents clients at court in disputes particularly arising out of civil and commercial law with a focus on corporate and contract law. In the field of property law, he and his team assisted in realization of several development projects. He appears as the defending counsel in several criminal procedures. Also, he provides legal service in France and Luxembourg in cooperation with his French colleagues.

As part of his earlier practice he also gained experience in administrative law and competition law by participating in representation of clients before the European Commission and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.

Mathilde Caussade

Mathilde Caussade

Mathilde Caussade is responsible for French affairs in Paris.

Mathilde Caussade is registered as an attorney at the Paris Bar Association and participates in cross-border Czech-French affaires. She studied at the University Toulouse 1 Capitole in France and received her Master’s degree in Arbitration and Litigation and a University diploma in EU law.

She passed several internships during her studies at university especially at the Court of Appeal in Paris. Mathilde has extensive professional experience particularly in law offices and currently works as an attorney-at-law. She represents clients at court in disputes particularly arising out of civil and commercial law, labour law and family law.

Mathilde Caussade is actively involved in cross-border Czech-French affaires as a leading lawyer.

She speaks French, English and Spanish.
